Multi-million dollar producer, Michael Frankum has been selling real estate in and around Clearwater Beach for 27 years, specializing in the luxury waterfront market of Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, and Island Estates. Most recently he was a top producer with Sand Key Realty, before joining the elite roster of agents at Coastal Properties Group International.
He has an extensive background with the condominium complexes and the HOA’s on Sand Key and the surrounding areas, and has held a seat on two homeowners’ association boards for the past five years. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Sales at Utopia Building on Sand Key. A top producer throughout his impressive career, Michael has sold over $300 million in real estate. In addition, Michael has extensive renovation knowledge and has personally sold 25 of his own projects. Michael is an Island Estates waterfront home resident and an avid boater.
